🚌SmartTag Parent App Now Available🚌 🚌SmartTag Parent App Now Available🚌

SmartTag Parent App Available for Bus Riding Families

The SmartTag Parent App is now available for families of bus riders! This app allows you to keep track of your student’s bus-riding activity and receive SMART Alerts including:

  • View your student’s profile and assigned route(s)
  • Monitor your student’s riding activity
  • Be notified when your student loads/unloads the bus at home and school
  • Be notified when the bus is on its way to your home stop

IMPORTANT: The “primary parent” is the parent associated with the student in Synergy. The primary parent must complete their app registration and link to the student first before any co-parent can proceed. Once linked, co-parents can then request to link to the student.

It works best when students use their student ID to scan on/off the bus each time, so please remind your student to wear their ID every day!

Learn more about the app at mpsaz.org/transportation.

School Badges School Badges

zoom_out_map

Parents, please remind your students about the importance of wearing their school badges every day. Students must have their badges visible at all times while on campus and will be required to show them upon arrival.

If a student forgets their badge, they must visit the front office to receive a temporary badge, which must be returned at the end of the day. Parents will be notified via email each time their student forgets their badge. After three consecutive days without a badge, a new one will be printed, and a fine will be added to the student's account. Repeated failure to bring a badge may result in administrative action in accordance with the Mesa Schools Code of Conduct.

Please ensure your child has their badge before leaving for school each morning. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our campus safe and secure!
