Principal's Message
🍎 Crisp Days & Bright Minds at Linden Elementary
As we settle into the rhythm of the school year, the early excitement of back-to-school may begin to fade a bit. In its place, we’re starting to feel something just as meaningful: the invigorating spark of new learning, the steady comfort of daily routines, the joy of new friendships forming, and the quiet energy of crisp fall mornings.
October is a time of momentum. Our students are finding their stride, classrooms are alive with curiosity and connection, and our community continues to grow stronger with each passing week.
Thank you for your continued support. It’s a privilege to partner with you in creating a vibrant and supportive learning environment for every student.
đź“… Parent Teacher Conferences: October 16, 2025
Before Conferences: Be on the lookout for communication from your child’s classroom teacher with important details about their classroom and the year ahead.
🍂 Settling into the Season
By now, many families are finding their rhythm—and October is the perfect time to reinforce those healthy habits:
-
Keep consistent bedtimes and routines
-
Stay organized with school materials and schedules
-
Keep conversations going about school—celebrate new friendships, learning milestones, and fun fall activities
A steady routine supports focus, confidence, and success throughout the year!
A Word from Officer Williams
As we settle into October, I want to remind our Linden Elementary community that my role is to help keep our school safe, support students and staff, and build strong, positive relationships with everyone here. You'll often see me at arrival and dismissal, visiting classrooms, and joining in on school events—I enjoy connecting with students and helping them feel safe, confident, and supported every day.
With Halloween around the corner, it’s also a great time to review a few trick-or-treating safety tips:
-
Stick with a trusted adult and walk in groups
-
Use sidewalks and crosswalks
-
Carry a flashlight or glow stick to stay visible
-
Check treats before eating
-
Wear costumes that are safe and easy to move in
Wishing you a fun, safe, and festive fall season!
Stay safe and take care!
