This update is intended to provide information on Board decisions, as well as school and community events.
Good attendance is considered 8 days or fewer missed over the whole school year.
The Caldwell School District is kicking off attendance awareness month, focused on starting the year strong! All of us have hopes and dreams for our kids and for ourselves. One part of reaching those goals is being at school consistently.
Good attendance helps students feel connected, safe, and successful in school. It promotes social and emotional well-being as well as academic success!

Join experts from IDeal, Idaho's 529 education savings program, to learn more about how to receive an Idaho state tax deduction. Savings can also accrue tax-free if used for qualified education expenses, including in-state or out-of-state two- and four-year colleges, trade schools, apprenticeships, certifications, limited loan repayment, and more. The webinar will also cover how to deposit funds directly from a paycheck into a 529 account for a $500 boost, compliments of IDeal.

No School
All Caldwell School District Offices and schools will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, for the Labor Day Holiday. Regular school hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
CFEO Clay Shooting Competition
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Caldwell Foundation for Education Opportunity will be holding its 2nd Annual Clay Shooting Competition. This fundraiser helps provide scholarships to Caldwell Students.
Traveling Table Free Food Distribution
The Traveling Table Food Pantry will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm until all the food is gone. This will be located outside of Wilson Elementary School.
