808 Reads

#808Reads virtual summer reading program is a great opportunity for students to read, learn, and play all summer long. The program includes a reading challenge, access to a shared eBook collection, live virtual author visits, online book discussions, and other engaging summer activities designed by certified school librarians.

Sign up using the link on the flyer. Participants will receive customized reminders and be eligible for rewards and recognition.

For elementary students, special events are planned for each Thursday during the months of June and July.

Please note that a Badge Book is available for purchase on the website, but every student at Wheeler has already had one ordered for them.

The official launch date for the program is May 15, and students can start logging their reading minutes then. On that day, the kick-off event can be viewed on the website, so get ready to sail into summer fun!
