This event is required; no students allowed:

Teachers will explain the rules/procedures to parents. Parents will be able to ask questions and get an idea how the classroom will operate.

Students will meet their teachers, drop-off supplies, and parents will be able to finalize beginning of the year items (ex. get car-tags, sign-up for athletics, etc.)

*Note: All balances from the 24-25 school year must be paid before families are able to receive 25/26 school year items.

This event is required; no students allowed:

Parents will meet with their child(ren)'s teachers and learn about the curriculum, expectations of the class, etc.

There is also a mandatory presentation with myself in Marian Hall. We will send out more information at a later date.

• 7:30am-7:55: Morning Drop-Off
• 8:00am: Classes Start
• 3:15pm-3:30pm: Pick-Up

*Note: You may drop-off at 7am for a $5 fee per day, per kid, with Mrs. Crumley. Early drop-off is in the front of the school.

Drop-Off:

• Pre-K (3), Pre-k (4) , and Kinder (& siblings)- front parking lot; 1st-8th back parking lot (see image above)

• Pre-k (3), pre-k 4, and kindergarten will go directly to their classrooms.
• 1st-5th will meet in the gym.
• Middle School will go directly to the middle school.

Pick-Up

• All grades will pick-up in the back drive (see image above)
• Pick-up in the front is reserved for auction spots only unless there is an approved medical need through the office. Those who purchased a spot will receive a reminder email the week before school. If you have questions, reach out to Ms. Emily.

Note: Students who have not been picked-up by 3:30pm will go directly to aftercare. Aftercare is billed separately.. More info will be provided.

We are very blessed to keep almost every staff member next year. Brandi Smith, who worked in the cafeteria, has retired. We have hired Don Jung to replace Brandi! He will make such a great addition to our staff.

I will be finalizing report cards by the end of the day. Families will be able to access report cards in Family Portal (unless you have a financial hold on your account). Please reach out if you have any questions!

We are going to mail testing records next week. Families who have unpaid balances of over $100 will not receive test results until items are paid.

If your teen wants next year's math class to feel easier from the start, check out the Summer Math Series at BMCHS.

From 7th grade Math to Calculus, we've got you covered. We are offering six different sessions, so your teen will be able to receive specific preparation for their new math class this fall.

Each workshop will have 10 one-hour sessions, meeting twice a week over five or six weeks. They are open to upcoming 7th through 12 graders at BMCHS and its feeder schools.
