Guidance Updates
Naviance
As we approach summer, AVA students grades 9-11 should remember to utilize Naviance, a school-provided college/career online search tool, to facilitate post-graduation planning. Juniors interested in college should certainly begin researching and making a list of colleges (safety, financial safety, target, and reach schools) to apply to next Fall. Students, if you forget your Naviance password, please email Ms Nellie (below) anytime. Below are login instructions and recommended Naviance activities based on grade level. We will review activities for respective grade levels during Advisory classes before summer.
Naviance Login page
9th grade - Career Cluster Survey
10th and 11th - Career Interest Profiler Survey
11th and 12th - College Search
Senior Exit Survey - Reminder
All AVA seniors: please complete this super quick Class of 2026 Exit Survey. All public high schools must report this data to the state, and it is very helpful in informing our school's practices and planning for future senior classes. You must be logged into your attleborops.net account to view and submit the survey. This survey is MANDATORY for graduating seniors, and cap/gown/diploma may be withheld until submitted, so please ask questions to Ms. Nellie and submit asap if you have not yet!
As always, please feel free to email me (nng@attleboroschools.com) with any questions, comments, or concerns. Have a cool and safe weekend!
