Snow Day Phone Call Issue
We have learned that a number of families and staff did not receive the snow day phone call that was sent on Tuesday evening at approximately 8 p.m. Since Wednesday morning, we have been working closely with our service provider to determine what caused this issue. At this point, it appears to be limited to one cell service provider.
If you typically receive a snow day phone call but did not receive one on Tuesday night, we are asking you to complete the brief survey linked below. Your feedback will help us provide the necessary information to our service provider so they can identify the cause and ensure this does not happen again.
Thank you for your help and your patience as we work to resolve this.
