Our Lost & Found is overflowing with hoodies, lunch boxes, and other items still waiting to be claimed!
All items will be on display Wednesday, November 12, and Thursday, November 13, so students will have a chance to look through them. Teachers will help bring classes down, but please remind your child to check if they’ve misplaced something.
Please make sure to label your child’s belongings in the future to help prevent items from getting lost. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity after Nov 13, 2025

Are you or someone you know struggling to access enough food? We know that times can be challenging, and our school community is here to help.
If your family is in need of food, reach out via this confidential google form. Please know Ivy Hill is here for your family and all responses are confidential and private.
Complete the google form by Monday, November 10th to sign up to receive food and basic need benefits via our Eagle Eats program.

Health Blurb: Staying Well This Season
Dear Ivy Families !
With the cooler weather and illnesses increasing, we want to remind you that all medication, including over-the-counter items such as cough drops and throat lozenges, must be brought to school by a parent or guardian and stored in the health office. A medication authorization form must also be completed by a doctor for each medication (linked here).

We want every student to get home safely and smoothly, and your help makes a big difference! Dismissal is at 3:35 p.m. — please plan to pick up walkers at that time.
If your child’s usual dismissal plans change—for example, being picked up by someone different, walking home instead of taking the bus, or any other change—in addition to emailing your child’s teacher, please also email the school office at ihoffice@sd25.org.
Thank you for keeping us in the loop! With your support, dismissal can be calm, organized, and as joyful as the start of the day.
