Harding Athletic Boosters has a food contract with the Fairgrounds Coliseum and they do not allow outside food to be brought in. State Event Partners have no affiliation with that contract. This is not our rule but rather the rule of the venue and we ask that you please respect this when planning your day. We are merely providing the pre-order option as a convenience for participating teams. Once your order is placed, concessions will handle all payments and distribution of orders.

SCHEDULES

Volunteer Sign Up
Thank you for your interest to help! We have 4 events on 3 separate days! We need a lot of help to put on a great event each day. Volunteers help events run smoothly and play a critical role in every process, from registration to scoring to judging.

Health and Safety Policies

Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our participants and volunteers. All local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices will be in effect for this event.

  • Masks are recommended but not required for this event. If participating schools have different requirements concerning masks, we advise you to use your best judgment and follow your school policy.
  • Spectators will be permitted but will not be permitted in the pit area or on the competition floor. There is ample seating available within the coliseum. Teams and spectators will be advised and encouraged to sit appropriately socially distanced from other individuals or groups.

Ohio Coach of the Year Nominations

We have an amazing community of robotics coaches in the state of Ohio! Please consider nominating a fellow coach and tell us why you think they are deserving of this award!

Awards & VEX Worlds Spot Allocations

Refer to the chart below to see the awards that will be given for each event and which awards correlate with a qualifying spot to VEX Worlds. These allocations are designated by the REC Foundation and are based on the percentage of registered teams in each Event Region over the last few seasons compared to total number of teams in the world in those same seasons.

Please refer to the REC Foundation - Qualifying Criteria for complete details.

On-site Shirt Vendor

Fine Designs, the official vendor of the VEX World Championship, will be on-site offering a variety of apparel options.

PARKING

In order to keep traffic flowing in the parking lots, please take a look at the area map and park in designated areas. Busses can drop off at the EAST entrance.

Busses should not park in the main parking lots, but should instead park in one of the designated bus lots to the north or west of the building.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon! Good luck!
