Major's Minute
This week was a bit of a struggle for me this week. A little discouraged, lack of focus, irritable, stressed, overwhelmed, not getting answers I wanted. But, a friend, sent me this picture of a tree, breaking apart this huge stone. All in one picture, it reminded me that: 1) It's supposed to be about Kingdom building, 2) I'm not doing the work - I can't control the outcomes. 3) God does the saving and we are planting seeds.
That's all I needed at the end of this week. And then Philippians 4:6-7 says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. At just the right time, God brought me what I needed. He'll do the same for you.
