The Austin Gazette

This week is National Volunteer Week, and we want to take a moment to say thank you to the incredible parents, grandparents, and community members who give their time to support our school.

Whether you’ve helped in classrooms, supported our PTO, or worked behind the scenes to make events like Fall Festival, Color Run, Field Day, and picture days run smoothly, you have made a difference. Your presence helps create joyful, memorable experiences for our students and brings so much support and encouragement to our hardworking teachers.

Because of you, Austin Elementary is not just a place of learning, it’s a place filled with connection, celebration, and care.

We truly could not do this without you. Thank you for showing up, pitching in, and being such an important part of our Austin Family.

We value your voice! Please take a few moments to share your feedback on different areas of our campus, including communication and behavior management. Your input helps guide our work and ensures Austin Elementary continues to be the best possible environment for your child.

Address the issue of cyberbullying and let your teen know they can talk to you if they encounter such situations.

For safety reasons, we will only accept meals delivered directly by a parent or guardian. We are not able to accept or deliver food from outside vendors such as DoorDash or Uber Eats. Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe and running smoothly.

We’re excited to share the spring edition of our Prekindergarten Parent and Family Engagement newsletter! It’s full of helpful tips, ideas, and resources to support our youngest learners and their families. Thank you for partnering with us to help our PreK students grow and thrive.
