• The next start date is 10/21. Therefore, please review and address the following as needed:
• Check pending high school and adult applications and interview/slot.

• After interviewing, remember to email the corresponding career advisor to ensure they know that the interview is complete.

• Review capacity report and waitlists to ensure we are getting everyone possible enrolled for the 10/21 start.
• Remember to put in our November re-enrollment plans on the Career Advisor Team Meeting Agenda linked HERE.

Please remember to put in professional leave in as "Professional Related Release Time" in Frontline when you are out.

Examples of when to use "Professional Related Release Time":

• OFF campus professional development (conference, workshop, etc.)
• ON campus professional development that takes you away from your daily duties and responsibilities
• Professional meetings (OACTE Leadership, Professional Organizations, etc.)
• Business and Industry visits
• A substitute is necessary

District 21 is offering a fantastic discount to staff and their family and friends from now until the end of the fall.

Starting Oct. 1, you can get 50% off your final bill by showing your Francis Tuttle badge. This deal will last until the end of the semester, Dec. 12.

There is no limit on the number of times you can use the promotion.

Staff may include up to but not exceeding 3 additional people in their party to receive 50% off their bill. It is limited to one per table.

In order to confirm you are a Francis Tuttle employee, please bring your staff ID badge with you to show your server. The half-off deal is limited to one per table.

There has been some confusion about what a treat stand contest is. When the parade of kiddos come through, the stand that you give candy from will be judged. An example is the right. Remember there will be awesome prizes for 1st -3rd. These prizes are to die for…wicked laugh.

The date is October 28th, from 6:00-7:30pm at the Reno Campus.

American Fidelity representatives will be coming to Francis Tuttle campuses beginning Monday, October 27th to visit with employees.

**All full-time employees with or without benefits and all part-time employees with benefits must meet in person with an American Fidelity representative.**

A separate email will be sent out soon with a link for meeting sign ups as well as the times available for each campus.
