Sundays From The Mesa #1
August 11th - 15th

Principal's Message
Dear Alta Mesa Families,
We are counting down the days here at Alta Mesa and getting more excited with each passing moment as we look forward to the first day of school! In the meantime, our staff is working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready for our students and families. We just couldn’t wait until the first day to see you, so we’re inviting everyone to join us for our All School Meet & Greet on Tuesday, August 12th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. If you’re not able to make it to the Meet & Greet, that’s okay — we will be ready to welcome you on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 13th.
Don’t forget to complete your Beginning of the Year forms! As a bonus, everyone who finishes their forms by August 12th will be entered into a drawing for dinner on Alta Mesa. We can’t wait to see you and kick off an amazing school year together!
Thank You,
Kristen Crites

Dress Code Reminders
As you begin your school shopping please remember students need to dress appropriately for a school day filled with lots of activities. Comfortable and safe footwear and clothing that allows for movement during recess and PE are the best way to support your student for school success.
Clothing should not be a distraction to the learning environment. Attached is a Dress Code for your reference that coincides with the EESD Dress Code guidelines for all schools.
We appreciate your support in helping students stay focused and safe while at school.
