Battle of the Bills: 7th Vs 8th Grade Showdown
Sign up now!
http://fodacbattle.pledgestar.com
Sign up now for Battle of the Bills, a friendly fundraising showdown between our 7th- and 8th-grade teams. Students have multiple ways to help their grade earn points, money for the school and maybe even win the Battle of the Bills!
The grade level with the most points at the end will win an entire week of awesome perks at school, November 16–20, 2026! Get ready for a pizza party, early lunch release, surprizes and more!
How it Works:
- Click here to sign up with PledgeStar. Be sure to choose your student’s correct grade and advisory teacher so their points go to the right place!
- Earn points (and prizes!) by collecting online donations (1 point per cent donated) between 10/26-11/13
- Sabotage! Donate non-penny cash to the rival team during week 3 (11/9-11/13) for -1 point per cent in non-penny cash. Pennies (if you can find them) are still positive points so be sure to put them in the correct container. Cash donations do not count towards individual prizes.
Early Share Bonus Raffle
Share your donation page with 10 people through PledgeStar by 11:59pm on Tuesday October 27th and you'll be entered into a special bonus raffle only for students who earn the early share bonus.
There are more details in the flyer your student will bring home on Monday 10/26 and on our website: www.fodacms.org

Point Loma Cluster Showcase
October 29, 2026, at Correia Middle School
Session One: 9:00 - 10:00 AM Session Two: 5:00 -6:00 PM
You’re Invited: Discover How the Point Loma Cluster Supports Our Families
The Point Loma Cluster Showcase. is designed to bring families together to hear directly from the three school leaders in our cluster about how our programs intentionally support students from 5th through 12th grade. At the showcase, families will learn how Dana and Correia have adjusted their school programs to meet the developmental needs of early adolescence, and how Point Loma High School supports students in becoming graduates who are truly college- and career-ready.
Together, our schools work as a coordinated system, focused on academic growth, social-emotional development, and helping students find their path and purpose over time.
We look forward to welcoming our school families to this event.
Sincerely,
The Leadership Teams of Correia Middle, Dana Middle, and Point Loma High
