Greetings Raider Families!

It's hard to believe that there are only 2 weeks left before the start of the 25-26 school year. I hope you and your child had a great Summer and that they are as excited about this upcoming school year as us. We have several events coming up that help kick-start the year, so please take a moment to read the information below. We look forward to seeing you and your child on campus for Prep Days next week.

Please see the schedule below for Prep Days. During Prep Days, students can obtain their ID, check-out their Chromebook, apply and receive their parking sticker, purchase PE uniforms, and much more!

At our Freshmen Parent Night, parents will receive campus information while students participate in "get to know you activities" and receive some important information from their upperclassmen peers.

Mark your calendars for Wednesday August 13th! We will have our Meet the Raiders event where we will introduce our students/organizations to the community. It will begin at 6:30 pm on the Taft Football Field and their will be food booths set-up from 5:00-6:30 pm. We would love to see our community there cheering on our Raiders!

Below is the 25-26 District Calendar.

HB 1481, which was signed into law this Summer, prohibits students from using personal communication devices such as cell phones, smartwatches, ear buds, tablets, etc. during the school day on school property. Please make sure you are communicating this with your child as these devices will be prohibited during the instructional day.

Please take a moment to review the visual below with your child. Students are only allowed a total of 17 absences for a full-year course, regardless if that absence is Excused or Unexcused.

Congratulations to Kate Black for signing on to compete at the collegiate level.

For the 25-26 school year, both students and staff MUST visibly wear their ID at all times while on campus. Should a student not have their ID, they will be issued a temporary sticker ID and will have escalating consequences should they continue to not display their ID. Should a student lose their ID, they will have to pay a $5 replacement fee when getting a new one.
