Important Arrival and Dismissal Information
Doors open at 6:50 am, school starts at 7:30 am, our tardy bell rings at 7:30 am. If you arrive after 7:30 you will need to park in the front parking lot and report to the front office to sign your child in.
Dismissal starts at 2:50 pm. Any student needing to be picked up early must be checked out by 2:00 pm. Thank you for being patient with us at car pickup as it gets faster as the weeks go on.
Walker Sign-Up
All students walking home must be registered as "walkers". Please scan the code to register.
Morning Drop Off Map
Our drop-off gate, to the right of our front parking lot, opens at 6:50 am. We open up an additional lane in the front of the school at 7:10 once all buses have departed. Our front parking lot is not a student drop off area. It will remain blocked off to traffic. Thank you for working together with us to ensure student safety.
Dismissal Map
At dismissal please do not park along Old Cimarron Trail. Our students riding their bikes home must have access to the bike lane so that they can get home safely. Parked cars will be asked to move.
Campus Visitors
A reminder that all campus visitors will be required to sign-in at the front office. All adults signing in must have a government issued ID. WE ask that you ring the bell at the door and present your ID. You will be asked your reason for visiting and will then be let in.
Eating Lunch with Your Student
Parents, we invite you to come eat lunch with your student during their lunch period on the stage. Here are a few reminders when eating lunch with your student:
- You may only eat with your child and not other children.
- If someone other than the people listed in your student's Skyward family portal is coming then you must email Ms. Allen or Mrs. Casstevens to give permission or they will not be allowed to eat with the student(s).
Student Birthdays
Our Ranger birthdays are special and we love celebrating our students. Please review our protocol for classroom birthday celebrations.
- Only pre-packaged store bought items can be shared
- Items should be dropped off in the front office before 2 pm
- Items will be distributed the last 15 minutes of the school day
- We ask that you not bring in inflatable balloons
- Parents are not able to go in the classroom; however you can always eat lunch with your child on their birthday
- Please make sure you have enough for the entire class or we will not be able to pass them out
