This month, due to the primary election on Tuesday, May 20th, we held one combined Work Session and Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 13th. Below is the summary.

Call to Order
President Rice called the meeting to order and announced that an Executive Session was held prior to the meeting to discuss personnel and legal matters.

Roll Call and Opening
A roll call of Directors was conducted, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the April 15, 2025, Board Meeting were approved.
