In the session, participants will:
Identify the core components of the Ship System classroom-management model.
Examine how classroom structure, routines, and expectations contribute to effective classroom management and teacher confidence.
Explore strategies for implementing student leadership and peer-accountability roles within the classroom environment.
Apply Ship System strategies through interactive modeling and classroom-management scenarios.
Reflect on potential challenges and supports needed for successful implementation within their own teaching context.
Develop an initial implementation plan for integrating Ship System routines and procedures into their classrooms.
