No Parent Lunch
We will not be having open campus parent lunches on December 7th- December 20th.
We will send out a parent sign in link soon for any parents that would like to come up and help with class parties on December 20th. All grade level holiday parties will be on December 20th on our early release day! More December dates to come in our Smore at the end of the week! Thank you for your understanding!
Christmas Break
We will be out of school for Christmas Break starting on Thursday, December 21st through Friday, January 5th! Students will return to school on Monday, January 8th!

Calling ALL Ruth Cherry Dads!
Our All Pro Dad October Breakfast is coming up on Wednesday, November 29th, at 6:45 am, in the Cherry Cafeteria.
This is a chance for our dads/guardians and students to connect over donuts and a short video. And of course, what would an All Pro Dad breakfast be without...PRIZES!!!
If you are planning on attending, please complete the Google Form link that will be sent out through email. Be on the look out for that as the January date gets closer.
We are so excited to see you on January 31st.

Please download the My School Bucks app to manage your child's lunch account. To see if you qualify for free or reduced lunch, please apply at https://www.myschooolapps.com.
Breakfast is $1.75 and served until 7:30.
Lunch is $2.70.
Money may be uploaded to your child's account at myschoolbucks.com.
Your child's teacher will share with you their lunch time.
PARENT LUNCHES
Parents are able to come have lunch with their children on Mondays through Thursdays. To help us teach all the students our procedures first, we'll wait to start this until September 11th.
After the 11th, you're welcome to come have lunch with your child in the main hallway in front of the cafeteria. If you choose to come have lunch with your child, they can either buy their lunch or you can bring food - either way! We cannot have friends join in on the parent lunches.
If you wish to bring cupcakes or other items to school to help your child celebrate a birthday, we can do that with a few restrictions to help us stay in compliance with food guidelines and allergy rules.
Items must be store bought with an ingredient label for our nurse to be able to check for allergies. We will deliver the food to their class, they can be dropped off at the office. Thank you for helping us stay in compliance!
Be sure to let your child's teacher know how he or she is getting home from school. Bus - which bus? Car rider or walker? Daycare or YMCA?
During the year, any changes from the usual pickup routine need to be called to the front office by 2:30pm that day in order for us to notify your child's teacher in a timely manner. Please do not contact your teacher directly in case they don't have afternoon conference, have a sub that day, or happen to miss the message. Contacting the front office helps us make sure everyone involved with after school duty knows of the change.
