Hi WHS Families!
A wild start to the week with a heavy storm (see a cool picture below), but our students and staff did a great job weathering it. We hope you are excited for the winter break. For me, the biggest gift this year has been the blessing of being part of this community. I cherish the students, staff, and families I get to serve every day. Wishing you the happiest of holidays and a restful break. :-)
- Mr. Giacobozzi
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK!
CoLAB
CoLAB Club had their third meeting on Thursday 12/07. With the help of local life science professionals, students performed gel electrophoresis in order to learn more about the KIT gene in cats. Learn more about CoLAB at this link!
RADIO INTERVIEW
Recently, Principal Giacobozzi visited our Radio and TV Broadcasting class for an interview about his career path and time at Watertown High School! Students in this class will continue to interview teachers over the next month for their final project.
Wild Weather
A view from our much needed Gator while driving down a very wet Westminster Ave. While we weren't able to travel to the Boys and Girls Club, students were still able to trek to the middle school and learning continued!
