Bulldog Bulletin
Week of December 9th
Every Voice, Every Heart, Every Day
I hope you and your family are enjoying the start of December. This time of year brings great excitement to our school, along with many meaningful learning experiences across classrooms. Students continue to show strong effort, curiosity, and care for one another, which reflects our ongoing focus on belonging and kindness.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. December is a busy month, yet it offers many opportunities to celebrate learning and community. I look forward to all that is ahead.
Holiday Giving 2025
Here come the holidays! While this time of year is filled with joy, it can also bring added financial stress for some families. This year we are again partnering with the PTO to gather Market Basket, Walmart, and Target gift cards to help Sanborn families with holiday gifts and essentials.
If you’re in a position to give, even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference. Your generosity helps ensure that every family in our community can experience a brighter, less stressful holiday season.
If your family could use support—or if you’d like to donate—please use the links below to sign up. All contributions are given anonymously, and all recipient information will remain strictly confidential.
If you need financial assistance please share your information confidentially here:

Cold Weather Reminders
As we move into winter weather, we want to ensure a consistent and safe outdoor experience for all students.
Outdoor Clothing Expectations
Students who wish to play in the snow need to come prepared with snow pants, boots, jackets, and gloves or mittens. Those without full snow gear will remain on the blacktop. Please label each item so that misplaced clothing can be returned. If your child is well enough to attend school, they are well enough to go outdoors. We make every attempt to go outside everyday, so please be sure that students dress for the weather even if they do not want to go in the snow.
Outdoor Behavior Expectations
To keep recess safe and enjoyable for everyone, snow and ice will remain on the ground. Students who choose not to play in the snow will stay on the blacktop.
Snow play is a beloved part of winter at Sanborn and these expectations help ensure that all students can enjoy this season safely and comfortably.
