Last Day of School
It's probably hard to think about summer vacation as flurries fall outside, but please note that the last day of school for students has changed to Friday, June 12, 2026. It will be a FULL day, no early dismissal. Teachers, however, still have a work day on Monday, June 15, 2026.
This is a change from the previously approved calendar, so please update your plans accordingly. It was discussed and approved at the school-board meeting on March 18, 2026.
Save the Date...
We are hoping to have a Start of Summer Celebration
the evening of
Wednesday, June 10.

Fourth Grade Scientists
This week, fourth grade scientists explored how heat is another form of energy that makes things go. These pictures show the beginning of our hands-on experiment where we created a spinner and showed how air can create movement. Later, we used our spinners to experiment with a heat source to discover how heat energy can make the spinner use in different ways.
