Fall Conference Sign Up Form

If you haven't heard, there's been a lot of excitement buzzing through the halls this week as box after box after box of books arrived at school! While the office staff may have been overwhelmed by the deliveries, our students were absolutely thrilled.

We invite all families to stop by and browse the Book Fair during conference week. There are several ways for your child to shop:

• Visit before or after your conference
• Stop by after school during Book Fair hours
• Set up an eWallet for cash-free shopping

Please refer to the Book Fair newsletter that was sent out earlier this week for additional details, shopping options, and fair hours.

As part of our annual review of Archdiocesan policies, we are sharing the following reminder regarding parental access to student information and school communications.

In accordance with Archdiocesan Policy #5124, both parents are generally entitled to receive school communications and student information unless a court order specifically provides otherwise. Families are asked to ensure that both parents' contact information is included in the student information system and to provide the school with any current custody or dissolution orders, including subsequent modifications, so that records remain accurate and legal requirements can be followed.

When conflicting requests or instructions arise that are not clearly addressed by the legal documents on file, the school will remain neutral, follow applicable court orders and Archdiocesan policy, and may ask both parents to seek court clarification when necessary. Our goal is to support families while ensuring decisions are made in the best interests of each student.

School Board- Members ( Board of education meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, in the STEAM room, at 6:30 PM. These meetings are open meetings unless the board is in executive session. However, in order to address the board you must be on the agenda. The deadline for submitting a request to be on the agenda is the Tuesday the week before the meeting by 4 PM.)
