Spring Weather Whiplash
Dear Ross Community,
Whew, that was a close one. Anyone else's eyes bug out of their head when they saw actual snow yesterday? Things were looking dicey but the universe held steady and we stayed on course. I don't know how long you've lived here, but if you can also call yourself a survivor of Snowpacalypse and Snowmageddon, I think you might agree that this year's Snowcrete may have caused the most PTSD. It's up for debate.
But we are in school, our cars are not iced in, and we have school news to get to. We have a few dates of importance for you this week: please mark your calendars for our next Learning Celebration, Friday, April 10, and this spring's Walk/Roll to School Day, Thursday, May 14. Additionally, please don't forget that next Thursday, March 12, is now a school/instructional day for students.
Rumors are that not only will we start Daylight Savings next week, but this will also bring a 78-degree day with it. Get your seat belts on for that weather whiplash!🏄🏻‍♀️
