Bear Tracks Vol. 3

The BOY mCLASS Window opens Wednesday, September 2nd and closes on Wednesday, September 23rd. Before you begin assessing students, please make sure to have reviewed the scoring and administration guidelines either through the Amplify PD Library on using the NC Amplify self paced course. Teachers will need to assign the online measures to their students: Vocabulary and MAZE. It is suggested that you administer these measures in small groups in order to monitor students as they work. If you need to invalidate a measure, complete the 26-27 Invalidation Form. To avoid invalidations, please check the student's name listed in the top left corner before beginning a measure to ensure you have the correct student selected and only begin a measure if you will be able to complete it without being interrupted.

Please complete the GOOGLE FORM (open until September 4, 2026 at 5:00pm) which outlines the commitment and the scheduled meeting dates/times.

Vector training should be completed by Sept. 15th, and certificates should be turned in to Mrs. Perez.

Online training should be completed and certificates turned in to Ms. O'Kelley.

Teacher Training, Orientation, & Self-Assessment should have been completed by August 28. Your Initial PDP should be completed by September 18. Your first observation will be completed by October 23. An administrator will be reaching out to you shortly to schedule your pre-conference.

Please make sure you are meeting each of these important deadlines.

Please remind siblings to look out for one another during dismissal. If their sibling is not with them, they should immediately notify an adult so we can help locate them.
