💐APRIL SHOWERS BRING MAY💐
Dear Luce Road Families,
April was a busy and exciting month at Luce Road, filled with fun activities, meaningful learning, and many opportunities for our Panther Cubs to grow. Throughout the month, students celebrated the Earth, learned about nature, explored the world around them, and continued building important academic and social skills.
This month, we also focused on the character trait of Courage. At Luce Road, courage means trying new things, speaking up, learning from mistakes, and continuing to move forward even when something feels difficult. We are proud of the many ways our Panther Cubs are showing courage each day through their learning, problem solving, friendships, and classroom routines.
With fewer than 30 days of school left, we are moving ahead with preparing our Panther Cubs for the next level. This is an important time of year as we continue strengthening academic skills, building independence, and helping students grow in confidence so they are ready for the next step in their journey.
From Childcare to GSRP, from GSRP to Kindergarten, and from Kindergarten to 1st grade, we want every child to feel prepared, supported, and proud of how much they have grown.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. We are excited to finish the school year strong together.
Warm regards,
Mr. Ernest Conerly
Principal, Luce Road Early Childhood Center
