I am excited to share that Juarlonda Gosier has accepted the position of Supervisor, Clinical Services, Specialty Medical Prior Authorization and Appeals.
In this role, she will oversee a team of inbound queue associates handling prior authorization requests for Aetna medical commercial/IFP business. Juarlonda will be instrumental in guiding her team towards achieving excellence.
Juarlonda comes us with an impressive 18 years of dedication to our company. Her extensive prior authorization expertise, unwavering commitment, and strong leadership qualities position her perfectly for this new role. Throughout her tenure, she has made significant positive impacts within the team by prioritizing growth, fostering collaboration, and consistently striving for excellence. Her longevity in the customer service industry is a testament to her work ethic and passion for the members we support.
Beyond her career, Juarlonda is a dedicated wife of 17 years, a loving mother to two incredible daughters Alyson & Alashia and a proud puppy mom to Bentley. She has a passion for traveling, fitness, and exploring new places, always seeking adventure and meaningful experiences.
Juarlonda finds balance by traveling and spending quality time with her family, bringing a well-rounded perspective to both her professional and personal life.

For the pass 10 years the cancer society have been sponsoring the Relay For Life Walk at Carter’s Park in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. For those who survived and those who didn’t.
I’m (Shirley Wimberly) a cancer survivor since 1995 and this is my 30th year being Cancer free and my 10th year walking in the Relay For Life Walk.
RL3 Foundation Motivation Weekend
We believe in the power of education and awareness to promote positive change. We are dedicated to providing support and resources to improve youth football safety, prevent CTE and related mental health issues, and encourage hope through music. The foundation will host its 2nd annual signature event Friday, May 30 - Sunday, June 1, 2025, called "Motivation Weekend" to motivate, educate, support, encourage, uplift, and affect change in the community. Motivation Weekend will include the following events:​

Saturday, May 31, 2025 - "Ray Ray's Kids" Football Camp & Ballin' Out 7v7 High School Football Tournament
