Progress reports for the 1st Nine Weeks will hit your email inbox today, please use this opportunity to review current grades, review any missing assignments and review attendance. If you need access to your child's PowerSchool (Online Gradebook), please reach out to the front office so we can assist you with this level of access.

Winter Formal will be held on January 6, 2023 at the Richmond Hill City Center from 7-10pm. A limited number of tickets will be available and students will need to apply to have a ticket loaded to their MyPaymentsPlus account. Tickets will not be loaded for students on Obligations List until they are clear of their obligation. Obligations include owed detentions, missing paperwork, unpaid fines or previous year class dues. Advisors regularly share Obligations List status with students but students can ask any teacher to check OL to verify if they are clear or not. ASVAB Registration Fall '22

Whether you’re planning on college, a technical school, the military, or you’re just not sure yet, the ASVAB Career Exploration Program can put you on the right path toward a satisfying career. Understanding your skills and interests will help you make the best decisions about your future.

• It is a cost-free and comprehensive program for high school students.

• Students explore occupations in line with interests and skills, and develop strategies to realize career goals.

• The Program presents a full-spectrum of career opportunities to students.

• Career planning tool regardless of post-secondary intentions.

On Tuesday 10/25 Mrs. Lott from the Georgia Student Finance Commission will be on campus taking 1:1 appointments for individualized assistance with completing the FAFSA. Please bring your student, their Chromebook or registered device, and your 2021 W-2 forms. Student MUST be present with parent in order to create an FSA ID which allows parent to proceed in completing the FAFSA.

Parents, we need YOUR help. We have started incorporating a Word-of-the-Day with morning announcements and on the Wildcat Wire, and YOU can help by reinforcing the Word-of-the-Day at home in your conversations with your students. Maybe quiz them at the dinner table or slip in the word yourself in conversation? To help you out, we are sharing both last week's AND next week's words!

17 South's Haunted Trail is the last two weekends in October! The RHHS Drama Club supplies the actors for the event, and HOSA is running concessions this year! Please, come out and support your students by attending this fantastic annual event. 17 South is located at 5899 N Coastal HWY Fleming, Georgia which is about 10 minutes from RHHS. Tickets are 20 dollars at the door. If you have any questions, you can email Mrs. Taft at htaft@bryan.k12.ga.us.
