CPC Update

Thank you for all of your preparation and planning that has helped us have a great start to the semester!! Each day you are making a difference in the lives of our students and families! I hope you have great/well-deserved weekend!!

This is a reminder that Oklahoma law requires school personnel engaging in electronic or digital communication with an individual high school student to include the student's parent or guardian in the communication, unless the communication is on a school-approved platform and is related to school and academic matters. These are our school approved platforms that you may use for student communication this year:

• School-provided Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• School-provided Google Workspace for Education (Gmail, Classroom, Docs, Slides, Forms, Meet, etc.)
• School-provided Canvas (Learning Management System)
• School-provided Edgenuity (Learning Management System)
• School-provided telephone system (Cloud Revolution)
• School-provided Thrillshare Alerts and Rooms (Messaging, Voice, Surveys, Urgent Messaging)

****We will have Sherry Adrian do a quick overview of Rooms (communication platform) with Career Advisors on our 8/25 meeting.

If you have someone reach out about Accuplacer Tutoring, please provide them with the following information to set up an appointment with Jackie. Due to other duties, appointments are the best way for her to be able to serve our customers. Thanks!
