TVUSD Annual Family Update
It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 26/27 SCHOOL YEAR.
Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:
- may not be enrolled in a class for the 26/27 school year
- may not receive a schedule
- and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.
It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for the next school year.
Click the links below for RETURNING STUDENT ANNUAL UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please note, this process is for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY. If you have a child in your family who will be new to TVUSD for the 26/27 school year, you must complete the New Student Enrollment process. Click HERE for New Student Enrollment instructions.
Attn. Class of 2026 Families: Save Your Student's Google Data
As graduation approaches, we want to remind our senior families that all TVUSD student Google accounts—including Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos—will be deactivated 30 days after graduation.
Any files, photos, emails, or other content stored in these accounts will no longer be accessible once the account is removed. We strongly encourage seniors to download or transfer any important documents, photos, projects, or personal files before the deadline.
Students have already received instructions on how to transfer their data using Google Takeout, but families can play an important role in helping ensure that nothing important is lost during this transition.
We encourage you to speak with your graduating senior and make a plan to save any files they wish to keep.
Thank you for your partnership in helping our graduates successfully transition beyond high school!
This version is well-suited for a school newsletter, website posting, or parent communication bulletin.
Google Takeout Directions
As you prepare to leave Temecula Valley Unified School District, you may want to keep a copy of your school Google account data—emails, Google Drive files, and more. Google Takeout makes it easy to download everything before your account is disabled.
What is Google Takeout?
Google Takeout is a service from Google that allows you to export and download your data from various Google services, including:
Gmail
Google Drive
Google Photos
Calendar
Contacts, and more!
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Go to Google Takeout
Make sure you're logged into your school Google account.
Choose the data you want to export
By default, all services are selected. You can uncheck any that you don't need.
Scroll down and click “Next step”
Customize your export settings
Delivery method: Choose how you want to get your data (Choose email download link)
Frequency: Select “Export once.”
File type & size: Choose .zip and a size (2GB or larger is fine). If your data exceeds the size limit, it will be split into multiple files.
Click “Create export”
Google will begin preparing your data. This may take minutes or hours, depending on how much data you have.
Check your email
You’ll get a message with a link to download your data once it’s ready. Click the link and save your files to your personal device or cloud storage.
Deadline
Be sure to complete your export by July 1. After that, your school Google account will be deactivated, and your data will no longer be accessible.
AP/IB Summer Assignments
As you finished out this semester, make sure you check to see if there are summer assignments for your AP and IB courses for next year.
