SACC Enrollment Process
2026–2027 SACC Enrollment is Now Open
Dear SACC Families,
All SACC enrollment applications will be completed online through the CCPS Parent Portal. To help you through the process, step-by-step enrollment instructions are attached to this email.
After you submit your application:
- You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your application has been successfully submitted.
- Reminder: Approval of the application is dependent on submission of the Procare Payment Page. This MUST be completed, submitted (via email) and approved by the SACC School Office prior to your child’s application being approved.
- Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a second email notifying you of its approval.
Please note that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is based on program availability and completion of all required registration steps. If you have any questions or need assistance with the enrollment process, please contact your school's SACC Site Manager. We are happy to help!
If you experience any technical difficulties while completing your child's SACC online enrollment through the CCPS Parent Portal, assistance is available.
If you are unable to log in to the CCPS Parent Portal or your child is not linked to your account, please contact the CCPS Help Desk for support:
