Climate & Culture Think Tank Sparks Meaningful Dialogue
On Thursday morning, Centennial faculty and staff came together at the administration building for our Climate and Culture Think Tank. The gathering provided a powerful space for reflection, collaboration, and forward-thinking conversations that help shape the heart of our school community. We’re grateful for the voices and ideas that continue to move us forward!

ACADEMICS
Student Voices at the Center!
Throughout the school year, Dr. Lucabaugh will host six student focus groups each month across all Centennial schools, continuing through June 2026. These sessions provide students with a meaningful opportunity to share their experiences, ideas, and insights about learning in our district.
These focus groups will continue throughout the year. Following the meetings, Dr. Lucabaugh will share key takeaways and explain how student feedback will help shape a more positive and impactful learning experience for all Centennial students.
PA Career Readiness & Climate/Culture Surveys
As a reminder, our PA Career Ready Survey will open on October 13 and run through October 24. This survey will help us to learn more about student experiences at school and about their PA Career Ready Skill Development.
The Climate & Culture Survey (November 12-26) will be open to students, families, and staff members to assess key aspects of school life including topics such as school climate and safety. More details about this will be shared closer to the survey window.
As a reminder, please notify us if you would like to opt your child out of taking either survey by completing this brief form by October 8, 2025 before 4:00 pm.
The survey data will help us identify effective school and district practices as well as gauge your child’s growth toward the PA Career Ready Skills. If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 215-441-6000 X11026.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT eFOLDER
Each year, more and more people and organizations are turning to our District to help get the message out about various activities, events, fundraisers, etc. The intent of this process is to support student achievement and to provide mutual assistance and benefit through shared information. Our district spends a great deal of time collecting, reviewing, and posting flyers to the District eFolder. The District no longer is posting eFlyers to any social media outlets or the District cable channel. You may refer to Policy 913 for additional information.
