A Message from Mrs. Whitaker
Hello Mustang Families,
Tonight is one of my favorite events of the year, Trunk or Treat! This is such a fun opportunity for our Trails West community to come together, enjoy an evening of fall festivities, and make wonderful memories with family and friends. A huge thank you to our amazing PTO for all the time, creativity, and effort they put into organizing this special event. We are so grateful for everything they do to bring our school community together and create meaningful experiences for our Mustangs. We can't wait to see all the creative costumes, decorated trunks, and to have lots of fun! We hope to see you there!
Kind regards,
Kait Whitaker

YOU DID IT!
Congratulations to all of the students who earned "You Did Its" this week! We wanted to highlight these 5-
Michael W. from Ms. Topkis's class- You were listening so we could learn! That was helpful!
Jimi M. from Ms. Watson's class- You kept trying when writing was hard so your brain could grow! That was helpful!
Rhyse R. from Ms. Kelly's class- You offered to get a friend an ice pack so they felt better! That was helpful!
Ja'kai G. from Ms. Farnam's class- You walked a kindergartner down the hall so they could get to class safely! That was helpful and kind!
Gabe P. from Ms. Nevinski's class- You ignored distractions so you and others could concentrate! That was helpful and kind!

STUDENT ILLNESSES

We ask that you stick to this timeline in order to keep our students and our staff safe. If you have questions about symptoms, illnesses, or when your child can return to school, please contact our nurse, Mitzy, for more information.

Through Art to Remember, you can purchase custom keepsakes—like mugs, canvas totes, ornaments, and framed prints—printed with your child's masterpiece. These make great gifts for family and friends, and a portion of every purchase directly supports our school's art program.
- What to look for: A personalized form with your student's artwork and access code.
- How to order: Visit the website listed on the form to view the full product catalog and place your order online.
Thank you for supporting your young artist and our school!
