This week's Educator of the Week is Ms. Danielle Ruggiero. Ms. Ruggiero is a talented Art Teacher at Marshfield High School. Ms. Ruggiero and the entire Art Department do a fantastic job with our students and their amazing talents are on display throughout the school. She joined the Art Department at MHS in September of 2020.
MHS Principal, Ms. Amy Cetner was quick to praise Ms. Ruggiero. She noted that, "Thanks to the support of Ms. Ruggiero, three of our AP Sculpture students have been accepted into the prestigious National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition in Richmond, VA. In addition, she helped organize the first MHS Art Throwdown event, a day filled with collaborative art challenges with teams of FBMS and MHS art students working together."
Art is an area where students get to truly express themselves and Ms. Ruggiero has done a tremendous job providing the positive and supportive environment for her students to take chances and expand their horizons.
