Dear RFISD Community,
As we head into Thanksgiving Break, I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am for each of you and the role you play in making our district so special. Whether you're a parent cheering from the stands, a staff member working behind the scenes, or a student giving your best each day--we see you, and we appreciate you.
It's been inspiring to see so many examples of kindness, leadership, and growth across our campuses this fall. From academic achievements to service projects, fall sports to fine arts performances, our students continue to impress with their talent, their effort, and their heart.
As we look ahead to the final few weeks of the first semester, I want to encourage everyone to finish strong while also taking care of themselves and one another. The holidays can bring joy, but also stress--especially for students balancing end-of-semester tests, projects, extracurriculars, and busy schedules. Let's remind them (and ourselves) that it's okay to pause, reset, and ask for support when needed.
I hope the upcoming break gives you the chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with loved ones. On behalf of everyone at RFISD, I wish you and your family a safe and meaningful Thanksgiving.
Warmest Regards,
Brian Holt, EdD
Superintendent
Randolph Field ISD
