Let's Go, Titans!
As we eagerly anticipate the start of a new school year, this newsletter will share some important information and updates as we make final preparations for the 2023-2024 school year.
I hope all our students and staff are ready to embrace the exciting journey ahead. We have been hard at work throughout the summer preparing for a successful and rewarding school year to empower our students to reach their full potential. It is through our collective efforts, collaboration, and support that we can create an environment where every student thrives and possesses the Portrait of a Titan competencies by the time they graduate.
Education is a team effort.
- Let's work together to create open lines of communication, nurture a supportive home-school relationship, and actively engage in our children's educational journey.
- Let's encourage our students to adopt a growth mindset—a belief that their abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work.
- Let's inspire students to embrace challenges, learn from their mistakes, and persist in the face of obstacles.
- Let's encourage our students to set goals, take ownership of their learning, and seek out opportunities for growth and enrichment.
- Let's celebrate their achievements, big and small, and instill in them a sense of pride and self-belief.
Together we can create a school year filled with growth, achievement, and memorable experiences for all Titans. Thank you for your support, trust, and partnership.
Be safe, be kind, and ALWAYS be a Titan!

Superintendent

The Berea Board of Education holds regular community conversations to give the public access to board members outside of the formal public participation setting of a meeting. Residents will have the opportunity to meet and discuss any concerns they may have with two board members during a 30 minute time-slot set aside prior to each regular scheduled Board of Education meeting. The goal of this effort is to more effectively connect with the public and learn more about the community.
