The Lost and Found that was Never Found
by: Roo
Every school has a lost and found, but ours might be one of the most mysterious places in the school. It sits tucked in a corner near the main office, overflowing with water bottles, hoodies, notebooks, and random items no one can identify. Every week more things appear, yet almost none of them ever gets claimed. The giant pile has started to feel less like a school service and more like a chaotic museum of forgotten student life.
Students walk past it every day, but the pile only gets bigger. There’s a bunch of random items in the mystery box. Thers lost sweaters, lunch boxes, and even a dragon blow up. These items once meant something to someone but somehow ended up abandoned for months. The lost and found shows how busy and rushed our school days are, with things slipping through the cracks. Even if the owners never return, each item tells a tiny story about the everyday chaos and fun of being a student at WPJH.
In a way, the lost & found holds pieces of all of us. And even though most of the items never make it back to their owners, the messy little pile continues to grow as a reminder of the small, ordinary stories happening around us every day.
