Black History Month is an annually observed commemorative month originating in the United States, where it is also known as African-American History Month. It began as a way of remembering important people and events in the history of the African diaspora, initially lasting a week before becoming a month-long observation since 1970. It is celebrated in February in the United States and Canada, where it has received official recognition from governments, and more recently has also been celebrated in Ireland and the United Kingdom where it is observed in October. Happy Black History Month and we look forward to celebrating with each of you all month long. Make plans to join us on February 28th at 5pm for our very own Hilliard Black History Month Program.

Join me in congratulating our weekly house leaders, students and staff members!

Any student that arrives tardy (after 7:40am) must have a parent/guardian come in to the front lobby to sign them in. Please refrain from allowing students to exit the vehicle prior to you coming to sign them in. This is for the safety of our students and to ensure all students are accounted for properly.

Our extended learning program for 3rd-5th graders will begin Monday, October 7th. Students invited to participate have already received permission slips and are past due for return. If you have any question, feel free to reach out to our Extended Learning Coordinator, Ms. Johnson at johnsonc3@fultonschools.org.

Instruction begins at 7:40am daily. Please be sure that students arrive no later than 7:35am in order to have breakfast and get their day started. Breakfast service ends at 8am for all students.

Students that bring their lunch will not have access to a microwave. Please plan to preheat before school or pack food items that do not need to be heated.

Each students is eligible for five PR (participated remote) days per semester. See flyers for details.

Parents/guardians of students should download and use the Here Comes the Bus application. This application will give real-time information on your child's bus location.

The Infinite Campus portals - Campus Parent and Campus Student - provides access to information for all enrolled students in their household. Information includes grades, attendance, assignments, and school announcements.

Note: Parents must register the first time they are accessing their account. All students have access to Campus Student via ClassLink.
