Summer Activities
Canning with Your Kids, Beyond the Pickle
Through our Canning with Your Kids, Beyond the Pickle program, students and families in the ELECT and 21C programs, had the opportunity to learn safe and simple food preservation techniques while spending meaningful time together. Parents and children work side by side to explore the canning process, learn about healthy foods, and gain hands-on experience preparing different vegetables. This engaging program helps build confidence in the kitchen, promotes family bonding, and encourages healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime.
21C Summer Camp
Summer camp provides children with a perfect balance of educational and fun experiences that help them learn, grow, and create lasting memories. Through hands-on activities such as science experiments, arts and crafts, nature exploration, and team-building games, campers develop new skills while staying engaged and excited. Camp encourages creativity, problem-solving, and social development as children collaborate with peers, build friendships, and gain confidence in a supportive environment. Whether participating in outdoor adventures, learning about the natural world, or enjoying recreational activities, campers experience meaningful opportunities that make learning enjoyable and promote personal growth throughout the summer.
