Message from the Directors
Dear Legacy Community,
It has been a busy and energizing fall semester so far at Legacy Campus, and I am excited to share a few recent highlights with you. Construction is officially underway on Phase 2 of Legacy Campus, and planning is in full swing for our upcoming pathways in Automotive Technology (EV/Hybrid), Electrical Technology, Construction Trades, and Advanced Manufacturing – Aerospace. From course design to equipment acquisition to the architectural planning of state-of-the-art learning spaces, these programs are well on their way to becoming a reality for our future students.
We are equally proud of the incredible accomplishments happening right now. Our year-one Culinary students achieved a 100% pass rate—47 out of 47—on their ServSafe Food Handler Certification exams, setting a strong foundation for their professional journeys. Meanwhile, 28 of our Architecture students took part in Doors Open Denver!, exploring some of the city’s most iconic spaces through tours and events hosted by the Denver Architecture Foundation.
Most importantly, we celebrate the hard work and dedication of all our students. Each day, they take on rigorous, college-level coursework, earn industry-recognized credentials, and build the skills and experiences that will set them apart in their futures. Their achievements inspire us, and they remain at the heart of everything we do at Legacy.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we connect passion to pathway.

Future Educators in the Field
Students in the Future Educator Pathway have been placed in 28 elementary and middle school classrooms throughout Douglas County School District to complete at least 42 hours of field placement experience. This experience connects the concepts learned in their courses at Legacy Campus with the practical realities of teaching and working with students.
Careers in Construction Month
Careers in Construction Month (CICM) is a nationwide campaign held every October to increase public awareness of construction careers, inspire the next generation of craft professionals and showcase the positive impact a fulfilling career in construction can have on individuals and communities.
We are excited for the Construction Trades Pathway to be offered at Legacy Campus in Phase II, giving students access to these exciting opportunities!
