If you haven't viewed it already, we are excited to share our 4th grade Virtual Veteran's Day program below. They did a wonderful job honoring our veterans! To the men and women who have served or are currently serving, thank you for your service!
Thanksgiving break is a week away. We are so thankful for our Owens community and your partnership in ensuring success for every Eagle. I am thankful for our students, staff, and families. May we all take time to express our gratitude and thankfulness this holiday season.

PTA Christmas Decoration Needs for Owens:
- Frozen
- Grinch
- Frosty the Snowman
- The Nutcracker
Specific items still needed:
- Biggest need is Christmas lights for the trees; white lights are preferred if possible so they can be put on any tree. Multicolor lights would work for The Nutcracker tree.
- Red ribbon to put throughout the trees.
- Artificial poinsettias as tree fillers or other picks/sprays such as holly, branches, etc.
