Hello Wizard Families-

This week, we were excited to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week and recognize the incredible dedication of our staff. Throughout the week, teachers enjoyed thoughtful letters from students, ice cream treats during professional development, breakfast in the lounge, and a special snack mix one afternoon. Thanks to the generosity of family donations and the organization of our PTO, we also welcomed a food truck today that provided lunch for all staff members! This was an amazing way to end the week and head into the weekend feeling appreciated and celebrated.

We are so appreciative of everything our teachers and staff do each and every day to support, encourage, and inspire our students. I honestly could not ask for a better team and am constantly in awe of their talents and dedication to your children. We are equally grateful for our wonderful school community, whose kindness and support make celebrations like these possible.

Have a fantastic weekend and Happy Mother's Day! I hope you all find time to enjoy and celebrate the people in your life!

A Message from the Internal Revenue Service:

Families may be eligible to open a new type of savings account for their children under age 18, sometimes referred to as a โ€œTrump Account.โ€ These accounts function similarly to a traditional individual retirement account (IRA) and are intended to support long-term financial planning.

To be eligible, a child must be under 18 by the end of the applicable year, have a valid Social Security Number, and not already have an account established on their behalf. Parents or guardians can submit the required IRS form now or with their 2025 tax return; however, accounts cannot be funded until July 4, 2026.

Families are encouraged to review the information and consult a financial professional if they have questions.

For more information, please visit: https://www.trumpaccounts.gov/
