Recently the Adair City Council and Adair Public Schools partnered together to hire Brent Allen as a full-time resource officer for the district. Mr. Allen will also serve as an Adair police officer on the days our school is not in session. The goals of our resource officer program is to:

• Establish and maintain a close partnership with school administrators and school personnel in order to provide a safe school environment.
• Serving as a role model to students.
• Creating a safe environment conducive to learning.
• Providing teacher and staff training.
• Acting as a resource to parents.
• Being visible, proactive, available, and professional within the school community and with student interactions.

Warrior Wellness

Warrior Wellness is Adair’s new 24 hour access gym. We would like to thank the owners, Jesiah and Jayme Proctor and Kevin and Angie Schmoll for their support. They offer a wide variety of services from personal training to yoga, HIIT and tumbling classes. If you are interested in classes or becoming a gym member check out Warrior Wellness on Facebook!

Congratulations to the High School Band. They went to Glenpool this Saturday. The Warriors placed 3rd in class 3A blue. The color guard also took 1st place out of all the 3A schools! We are proud of our Warriors!

Seniors last week enjoyed Bingo, College & Career chats, a Military Moment during lunch on Thursday and a day full of opportunity to apply to college, local jobs or tech school.

Oklahoma’s Promise allows 8th-, 9th-, 10th- and 11th-grade students from families meeting certain income requirements to earn a college or technology center tuition scholarship. Students must also meet academic and conduct requirements in high school.
