As we enter another great week, let's celebrate the amazing progress our students are making! Your support makes all the difference in their journey. Together, we are creating a bright and inspiring environment for learning.

1. Please join us for our Open House and Title I Annual Parent Meeting on Thursday, September 12th from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. This year, we’ll be embracing a Superhero theme, so feel free to come dressed as your favorite hero!

2. Join Woods Lake in celebrating the arrival of fall with a mum sale fundraiser! Purchase your beautiful mum plants for only $8 each, and sell them to family, friends, and close neighbors. Order forms are going home this week, and final orders are due on Monday 9/16. Students can pick up their mum plants for delivery on 9/18 and 9/19. Questions? Email woodslakepto@gmail.com. All proceeds benefit our school! See attached flyer below.

3. Please order your child free athletic shoes through the First Day Shoe Fund no later than September 10th. Please additional information below.

4.Please complete the Education Benefit Forms so your child can continue to receive free breakfast and free lunch. Please access the form at the bottom of the newsletter.

5. If you are in need of weekend food packs or need help with food then please contact CIS Coordinator, Dana Flynn with the following information:

1. We can't make same day bus changes.

2. If you have to make a transportation change then contact the Main Office.

3. Once the change has been made then you will be contacted.

4. Your student(s) will have to ride their assigned bus until the change has been made or you will have to transport your student(s) to and from school until the change is made.

5. Please contact the Main Office no later than 3:00 pm if you have a dismissal plan change.
