Congratulations to the Varsity Winter Guard for advancing to the state competition for the third consecutive year! We will meet Saturday morning at 7:30 am to travel to College Station. Our class will perform Saturday afternoon with an awards ceremony that evening. We will stay overnight in College Station and return home Sunday afternoon around noon. Please note that the gate to Davenport HS will be locked Sunday morning in anticipation of the eclipse on Monday. Parents that arrive early to pick up their student after state will need to wait outside the gate until we arrive. Mr. Keyes will unlock the gate for everyone to enter the parking lot once we arrive.
JV: All JV members are encouraged to come with us! We would love for the entire Davenport CG to be there to experience State Championships. We hope you can join us!

For those traveling to College Station on Saturday, TCGC has asked us to share some important Information to help your day run smoother.
- Reed Arena has a clear bag policy for spectators.
- Parking will cost $10 per vehicle cash only. You can prepay through this link ($12). https://tamu.pmreserve.com. Also, there will be many other events happening in and around the Arena. Please allow extra time for parking and traffic on campus.
- Concessions are cashless and only accept card or apple pay.
