Embrace Pathways Female Support Groups
In collaboration with the Saugus Public Schools, Embrace Pathways is proud to announce a series of support groups tailored specifically for female students. These groups will be led by one of our dedicated Embrace School-Based Clinicians, Marcella Iacovone, and are founded on therapeutic principles. We aim to address a range of critical topics, including self-esteem, self-confidence, identity exploration, building healthy friendships, managing anxiety and depression, coping with peer pressure, and addressing bullying concerns.
All of these invaluable groups will be held directly within the school premises from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, commencing in January 2024. It's important to note that the cost of these groups will be billed through insurance and each group will span a period of nine weeks. The first group will run from January through February, while the second will run from March through April.
If your child is interested in participating, we kindly ask you to click on the following link to submit a referral form. https://embracepathways.com/intake-forms/groups/
Upon receipt of your referral, Marcella will promptly reach out to complete an intake assessment and secure your child's place within the chosen group.
For those curious to learn more about Marcella, we encourage you to visit the following link to access her biography and discover her wealth of experience in the field. https://embracepathways.com/profile/marcella-iacovone/
8th Grade Trip to the Big Apple
In conjunction with Capital Tours Inc., the Saugus Middle School is pleased to announce our 2024 tour to New York City on June 3,4 & 5th. Today, 8th grade students have received a packet with information from Capital Tours outlining how to register, dates, cost, itinerary, and travel protection.
We have set up a virtual informational session for next Thursday at 4:00 to hear from the owner of Capital Tours and answer any questions you may have at this point. Please note that this trip is run directly through Capital Tours and therefore all money and paperwork will go directly to to them.
