Haslett Public Schools is excited to welcome all of our students back to school on Wednesday morning (8/20). Our administrators and district staff have been preparing to ensure a safe and smooth transition into the 2025-26 school year.

Positive, meaningful relationships between students and their teachers are the foundation of our district. Our staff strives to build partnerships with families and deliver an outstanding educational experience for all students. All of us at Haslett Public Schools want you to know we appeciate the generous support of our families and are looking forward to an amazing year with you.

Haslett’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan is now open for public preview. Developed in alignment with the pillars adopted by the Board in May, the plan reflects six months of community input and collaboration on our top priorities as a community. We welcome your feedback before the Board considers final approval on August 11, 2025. You can read the full plan and submit feedback on our website.

ALL students MUST have their Skyward Information updated every year by their parent/guardian. This process not only updates emergency contact information and address changes but it grants permission for students to attend field trips and acknowledges the student handbook/technology ethics/concussion agreements etc. This acknowledgement is necessary for use of district technology and meets district and State of Michigan requirements. The Skyward Student Update will open on August 1, 2025. The process must be completed for each student by September 1, 2025.

Haslett Public Schools Athletics Handbook

Pass holders are entitled to attend all regular season Haslett Athletic Events, excluding MHSAA Tournaments, Hockey and Lacrosse games. New passes will be distributed for ALL 2025-26 pass holders as prior year passes are not renewed.
