July 12 Lowell Workshop Prep

HELLO! We are getting ready for the first Lowell workshop and we need YOUR help! The first workshop on July 18 consists of cleaning, washing, and organizing our inventory. Prior to the first workshop we need to bring our Lowell Folk Festival inventory back to Watertown. We are looking for able bodies to help us load and unload our inventory from Jamaica Plain to Watertown, then make pit stops to test and store our burners! We will be renting a U-Haul Truck, so all you need to bring is a strong set of hands and ENERGY!! The Plan: 9:30am: Start loading truck at Jamaica Plain Storage Unit Approx. 10:30am: Leave JP to bring truck to Watertown Approx. 11:00am: Arrive in Watertown to unload truck. This includes staging and taking inventory Approx. 12:00pm: Leave Watertown to drop off burners at testing/ storage site in Bedford Approx. 12:30pm: Arrive in Bedford and drop off burners IMPORTANT: Assisting in this process would equate to 1 shift for all the families looking for alternative assignments due to schedule conflicts, having small children, etc. IF POSSIBLE: If you are able to take approximately 14 large coolers to wash/dry and transport back to Watertown for the first workshop, this would equate to 2 shifts!!!!
