We have sprung forward...and lost an hour of sleep! Do your best to get adjusted to the time change. It will be tough for a few days. It will also be rainy, which doesn't help!
Some our Juniors participated in a Talent Search ACT Bootcamp on Thursday in preparation for the ACT on March 18. We will be conducting an ACT Bootcamp for all of our Juniors on Wednesday of this week. We have improved our ACT scores each year for the last two years. I look forward to what this class can do. I believe they can keep the improvement going!
Members of our Future Teachers of America went to the elementary school and read books to the younger students as part of Read Across America Day. Our FTA also selected Mrs. LeAnne Moore as their Teacher of the Month.
Our boys golf team beat Russellville early in the week in a match at Twin Pines. Our softball team picked up an 11-0 area win over Sheffield this week. Our baseball team beat Winston County 13-1 and Belgreen 11-2 and finished runner up in the Franklin County Tournament.
