Good afternoon,
As April draws to a close, we find ourselves entering our busiest month of the year. The spring semester always moves quickly, and May promises to be a whirlwind of celebration.
By the month's end, we look forward to congratulating our Kindergarteners on a wonderful year as they prepare for first grade. We will also bid a fond farewell to our 5th graders as they embark on their next adventure in middle school. Simultaneously, we are thrilled to welcome our preschool learners into the "big" building!
As we navigate the final weeks of the 2025–26 school year, I hope you take a moment to reflect on your child’s growth, friendships, and achievements. It has truly been an exceptional year.

Staffing Updates
Please help me in welcoming Sarah McReynolds to Foothills. Sarah will be our third Kindergarten teacher and she comes to us from Denver Public Schools. Sarah has been teaching for the last 15 years and has spent all of her time in Kindergarten or 1st grade. Welcome, Sarah!
We held interviews for our open 4th grade position this afternoon. The committee was impressed with one candidate in particular and I hope to have another introduction to make by this time next week!
